This board is compatible with the Arduino IDE software. Micro B USB gives more space in case of stacking a shield on top. There are several improvements compared to the original board.

Cutting CT-UNO
Phenomenal microprocessor and very reliable. Love the fact that it has an option for header or header less right out of the box instead of having to de-solder pins for a permanent circuit. Highly recommend.
