Motor control is very simple. A center-off DPDT switch is included so the user simply leave the toggle at its center position for off, flip the toggle to one side for forward, and flip the toggle to other side for reverse.

    As advertised, substantial heft

    I have not yet had an opportunity to assemble this into my application, but have test run it and it supplies impressive torque. No-load operation is about 0.75A at 12V, and even my 5A-limited power supply results in significant torque before motor stall. It is heavier than I was expecting. The coupling that was an add-on item fits very snugly. The only feedback for changes are my application specific needs which I can't hold makermotor on the hook for!
